Traffic in Santa Tecla

The traffic in Santa Tecla is not so bad in the afternoon but in mornings, In mornings there is alot of traffic because people is going to work and people taking their children to school its a very a very big traffic.In the afternoons usually there is no traffic but sometimes there is no traffic. So be careful and try not to pass in Santa Tecla at mornings.

    Yes it would be nice if we could all avoid it, however that is not the reality of the situation. What else could we do to try to better the situation?
